Research limits
FoodKompass provides educational product research. It does not diagnose, treat, certify safety, or guarantee EU compliance. Check the physical label, current alerts, and professional advice where appropriate.
BUY, Middle and AVOID describe fit with selected dietary preferences and evidence available at the search time. They are not allergy clearance, medical advice or full-product legal certification. Product formulations, source material and model output may be incomplete or wrong. EU ingredient rules serve as a comparison reference for this US-focused product.
Plus subscription
FoodKompass Plus costs US$9 per month plus applicable tax, renewing automatically each month until cancelled. It includes 10 live checks/day and up to 3 products/check. Free accounts receive 3 live checks/day. Limits reset at midnight UTC; unused checks do not roll over, failed attempts count, and research depends on available evidence and provider availability. No trial or guaranteed verdict.
Cancel in You → Manage billing through Stripe. Normal cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends. Account deletion cancels the subscription immediately and schedules cloud deletion after seven days. Payments already made are not automatically refunded; statutory cancellation/refund rights remain available. Contact support for billing issues.
Your data and service availability
Review results before relying on them and keep exports of records you want to retain. We may limit abusive usage, pause research for provider or budget limits, and update the service. We will provide notices required for material subscription changes.
Applicable law and rights
Texas law governs to the extent permitted. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights under the laws of your jurisdiction. Contact the operator above with disputes or requests.
